Job Summary
First and foremost, your role as a Client Care Representative/Dispatcher is vital to the success of the company. You are the first chance to make an impactful impression on our customers.
You should approach your job with a sense of urgency. You should be organized and efficient. Be open to change and direction. A tried-and-true method might not always be the best option so do not fear change and/or trying new stuff.
Responsibilities
- Promptly answer incoming phone calls
- Caringly assist callers with their needs. Be their Superhero!
- Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
- Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
- Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
- Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals
Qualifications
- Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
- Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus
- Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
Compensation: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
